Rufus 3.19 is released as a beta version right now. While there are other means to deal with these issues, Rufus is a one-stop shop for all of them. The option to bypass hardware requirements, automatically deny the privacy questions, and to skip the Microsoft Account requirement make things easier for some users. Rufus is a useful program that Windows users may use to bypass several of the restrictions or annoyances that Microsoft put in place when installing Windows 11. Tip: several other methods exist to create local Windows accounts during setup. The option to skip the Microsoft Account on Home and Pro versions of Windows 11 is not displayed, but it becomes active automatically, if the network connection is disabled during that stage of setup. The options may be checked individually in the interface after activation of the Start button. Disable data collection (Skip privacy questions) - The privacy questions are skipped and processed automatically using the least invasive answer.
